IVONNE J. RIVERA – SENIOR BANKRUPTCY PARALEGAL

Ivonne Rivera has been with the firm since February 2001, and has helped hundreds of clients facing financial difficulties. She finds her role in helping to develop solutions for our clients tremendously rewarding.

“The great pleasure of my job is being a part of the change that takes place in our clients,” she remarks. “Sometimes they feel depressed about their situation, and I tell them that sometimes bad things happen to good people. As they get relief from the stress of financial problems, you can see them relax and enjoy life again.”

Ivonne is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and also received a Paralegal Certification from Indiana University. Ivonne is a native Spanish speaker.

JAMIE L. STEVENS – PARALEGAL ASSISTANT

Jamie joined the firm in February 2009, to help with the growing caseload. She has worked as a legal secretary and a paralegal assistant since 2002, and has considerable experience in many areas of legal practice.

In the office, Jamie prepares bankruptcy petitions for review by Mr. Perry and is primarily responsible for scheduling appointments and keeping clients advised of Court appearances.
